The outside unit would not turn on. We had Pierce come out to trouble shoot the problem. Pierce found a breaker had gone bad and there was no power. They replaced the breaker and got everything working.
Karl the technician showed up right on time. Our HVAC heating unit would not start and he quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a bad gas valve and he was able to get one from their service truck! He saved us money and time by using the generic valve instead of an OEM valve. It worked perfectly and he had us up and running in less than an hour!!! Way to go Pierce & Son HVAC! We will continue to use y’all in the future for all our HVAC needs!!! I highly recommend!!!

Excellent customer service by Karl, Stevie, and of course, Mike Pierce. Typical no cooling complaint right at the start of hot(er) weather (who’da thunk it!) In searching got an HVAC repair center, Pierce was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a previous great response. We called, Karl showed up as scheduled, began his diagnosis and determined what need to get us back into the cool zone. With assistance from Stevie, they had all the parts needed and made the repairs. These guys cannot be more highly recommended. Give them a call on your next HVAC failure (you will as this is Texas, you know). As they say, you’ll be glad you did.
